The Sales Coordinator is part of a high functioning Regional team supporting BMO Global Asset Management’s Regional Salesforce with superior level administrative support.

Accountabilities: • Respond to incoming requests from the Advisory sales team in a timely and courteous manner • Take ownership of requests and liaises with sales teams, clients and business partners to ensure policies and practices are followed for successful completion • Coordinating regional events, branch meetings and product manager presentations which includes booking venues, catering, assisting with materials, confirming attendance • Administer the processing of Sales Marketing requests such as; Co-ops, Donations and Sponsorships in partnership with regional sales teams and Compliance business partners • Booking travel including air, hotel and transportation for the sales team • Processing the sales teams expenses, cheque requests and handling MasterCard escalation on behalf of the team • Assist with ad hoc special requests as required

Qualifications The following qualifications will assist the successful candidate in accomplishing these functions: • Related Post-Secondary education • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel • At least 3 years of superior administrative and customer service excellences • Self-Starter with a positive and professional demeanour • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, prioritize and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Foster a sales culture of superior customer satisfaction • Knowledge of the mutual fund industry and National Instrument NI 81-105 are assets At BMO we have a shared purpose; we put the customer at the centre of everything we do – helping people is in our DNA.
